Surety Consultants International came from the experience of our Principals. Working for too many companies, we saw organisations in hostile or difficult environments being overcharged. Equipment purchased was charged back to the client, often at 100% mark up (and then usually retained by the security providers). Business functions were often under-serviced for the pricing, and full service not developed in partnership with the client.
We guarantee, all our support is built upon fully transparent methods. There is no one size fits all. Working with clients we identify all risks, threats and the levels of client comfort with each situation. A practical, cost effective support framework is then developed to meet and exceed requirements. We offer you a strategy of layered assistance - you decide based on our framework what level of risk you can bear and then pick the relevant supporting structures from our offer.
Surety also brings standard business methods to all of our projects. KPI are developed with the Client before any project commences and we report to your point of control.
