Our Sentinel equipment is provided by a leading global leader in tracking and crisis management solutions-Track24 provides a portfolio of equipment which are either carried or situated in safe houses or vehicles whereby a person can simply press a panic button and an alarm is initiated either via GSM or satellite networks. These messages are received at an operations room where an emergency response plan is initiated.

The 2 components of the system are:

Software- the Track24 C4i platform - a secure powerful command and control platform integrating GPS data messages and emergency alerts from tracking devices. This platform is accessed through the internet via a secure login.
Hardware - the Track24 Force Tracking System - a range of GSM and Satellite-enabled tracking and safety devices designed for a variety of operational requirements and locations.
As operations in dangerous and distant regions of the world put valuable assets and personnel at risk, they necessitate reliable security measures and response mechanisms.

Surety International provides a 24/7 monitoring capability through a crisis management centre, staffed by trained crisis management operators. Within 90 seconds of someone pushing a panic alarm, our monitoring centre is notified. Sentinel will ensure that the client's preferred and pre-agreed emergency response mechanism is set in motion and that all relevant parties are informed.
What happens?

- A panic button is pressed

- An alarm will sound in the Sentinel Monitoring Centre

- A pop-up will appear onscreen indicating the status

and location of a particular asset, compound, vehicle,

aircraft or personal device

- Sentinel staff will confirm the nature of the incident

by all means available

- Key response agencies will be notified by Sentinel staff

according to an agreed protocol
